Forney EDC Dec. 11, 2014 meeting - mostly executive re: Zanatas

The Forney Economic Development Corp held its Dec 11, 2014 meeting which consisted of:

• Chairman McBeth stating they did conduct interviews for new FEDC director, there were really good candidates and he was excited about it, with more information to follow.
• A 30-minute-long closed executive session for attorney consultation re: agreement with DPR builders and Zanatas Restaurant, after which the board authorized sending of a letter based on terms discussed in executive session.
